If a physician (of any discipline) dared to dabble into the intricacies of the law, that person would be castigated for their intrusion into an area of specialty that was outside their training. Does Wayne Arnold know what he is talking about? I have no idea. Is he talking about things outside his area of training? He is a lawyer; so you be the judge. Does he know anything about pacemakers or cardiology? I don't know.
