Robert Miller, 73, of 11 W. Merrill Ave, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Golden Living-Golden Age Nursing Home in Tomahawk, WI.
Bob was born on January 8, 1940 in Winona, MN to LaVerne and Florence Miller. He spent his childhood in Racine, WI before moving to Rice Lake.
He was a singer/musician and producer in the music industry for over 40 years. He had his own band called Bobby Lee and the Majestics.
Bob wore many hats in his life. He worked for American Motors in Kenosha for ten years, at Moose Lodge and the American Legion in Rice Lake. He also worked in the motel management business for a number of years. He moved to Devil's Lake, ND and managed the Nite Owl Lounge. He lived there for about ten years.
Bob lived in the Tomahawk area for the last eight years. He enjoyed fishing, visiting with friends, playing his guitar. He also had a passion for Cadillacs.
He is survived by his sons, Chris (Nikk) of Tomahawk, Randy of Wausau, and Bobby of Devil's Lake, ND; daughters, Tina (Dennis) Halanbeck of Antigo, Kimberly (Steve) Brown of Tomahawk, Terri Stoeklen of Rice Lake; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and sisters Bonnie Nutter of Rice Lake, Betty Lindstrom of Rice Lake, and Lilah Haarsma of Racine.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, LaVerne and Florence Miller; and his son, Allen Dushinski.
A private gathering for Robert Miller will take place at a later date.
