Trial date set for 10th OWI

A Monday, Dec. 13 jury trial has been set for Ivan R. Hazelwood, 48, of Chetek who is charged in Barron County Circuit Court with felony operating while intoxicated, 10th offense. Hazelwood was scheduled for a plea hearing in the case this Wednesday, but an agreement between attorneys was not reached. He was arrested for drunken driving by a Village of Turtle Lake police officer June 11 and remains in custody on a $5,000 cash bail. Wednesday, September 01, 2010
