Woman on trial for ex-husband's alleged murder
The trial of the alleged vengeful ex-wife who is accused of coaxing her boyfriend into fatally shooting her ex-husband is set to begin Monday.
Trista M. Hrabak, 30, is charged in Barron County Circuit Court with first-degree intentional homicide as a party to a crime. Maximum penalty for a conviction of the charge is life imprisonment.
Hrabak of 1809 22nd St., Rice Lake, allegedly persuaded Ian J. Skjerly, 35, who was living with her, to kill Daniel J. Raven, 33, in his Town of Clinton home March 10.
